Miss SWE Pageant (!!)
-Update on pageant tasks from everyone
-Judges might be Orwin, Lape, (Yang will not), waiting for other responses
-Tangy already emailed the tech lab, will get AC, speakers, microphones, CD, player, etc. Waiting for a response on having someone come help
-The prizes and gifts are in progress
-Postering (might start posting next Monday)
-Asked for members who were available for set-up (5:30pm) or clean up (9:15pm)?
-emc- might be Dean Chris or Deren also
-Rooms in Linde lounge have been reserved and F&M has all the tables and chairs
-Bouncers are set to come as well (Nate and Lupita J)
-Lucia made a sash already, Anna will buy a crown
-Will get a plunger and have it decorated
-Go over questions for contestants (made list from last week’s suggestions)

Beckman Coulter (Oct. 27th, 12-1pm) they make lab equipment

-Show everyone the t-shirt design and gave update on finding screen printer (Jowene)

-learned how to speed mentor (pair freshman with upper classmen and meet really fast then rotate through)
-get Macy’s to do a business casual fashion show
-pair up with NSBE and other clubs to do more events

-It was freezing cold!!! (Jamie)
-Lots of fun and the one that is two years from now will be in Hawaii!! (everyone should go J)
